Travelodge is looking to fill 35 full time positions at its head office in Thame, Oxfordshire.
It is seeking 12 business development managers in its corporate sales team following a ‘significant’ rise in business customers switching to the brand over the last few years.
Travelodge said over 50% of the company’s customer base today are staying for business purposes.
The business development managers will be required to create bespoke strategies and build collective relationships across new markets.
The other 23 specialist roles are in IT, HR, revenue, sales and marketing and central operations.
Rebecca Baker, Travelodge director of talent and people proposition, said: “Over the last few years, we have totally transformed Travelodge and as a result the company is growing from strength to strength. As we look to the future we are now investing and strengthening our key teams and this includes doubling our corporate sales team.”
Travelodge is also on track to extend its network with a further 100 new hotels over the next five years, creating around 2,000 new jobs.
